There is a strong movement in Thailand's event landscape. This year, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) will reopen in the heart of Bangkok – bigger, more modern and even more competitive. Regardless of the global Covid-19 challenges, QSNCC has managed to stick to their long-term investment plan to transform the venue into a leading convention center in Asia.
Rebirth: The new QSNCC will be five times larger than before: In total, the built-up area is around 300,000 square meters. 78,500 square meters are available for events. Eight exhibition halls have more than 45,000 square meters of exhibition space. There are also four ballrooms and four plenary halls with almost 10,000 square meters and 50 flexible meeting rooms. The “Dual Hall” concept allows to hold big scale events at the same time. The state of the art technology is serving all event formats – face to face, hybrid and virtual. All conceivable types of events can be supported – from MICE to lifestyle events.
Restart: QSNCC, located in the central business district of the Thai capital, the new QSNCC will reopen this September. More than 130 events are already lined up until 2023. For example, the world's largest trade fair organizer, Informa Markets, confirmed six prestigious shows for 2022.
Re-ignite: The new QSNCC is even more accessible, directly connected to the local MRT station. It is offering 3,000 spacious indoor parking lots.
