Deutsche Messe: With momentum in the second half of 2024

13.09.2024

With the start of the IAA Transportation on September 16th, Deutsche Messe is ringing in the second half of the year at the exhibition center in Hanover.

Followed by EuroBlech (October 22nd to 25th), EuroTier (November 12th to 15th) and Gamevasion (December 5th to 8th), a total of eight guest events will be held at the Hanover exhibition center in the second half of the year. In addition, the Deutsche Messe also organized its own events infa (October 12th to 20th) and the Passion Horse (formerly Pferde & Jagd, December 5th to 8th).

“We are taking the momentum from the events in the first half of the year with us and are starting the second half of the year full of enthusiasm,” says Jochen Köckler, CEO of Deutsche Messe. Around 230,000 visitors and 5,700 exhibiting companies were guests at the five in-house trade fairs that took place at the Hanover exhibition center in the first half of the year. In addition, 14 guest events such as the hagebau WOM (annual Christmas order fair of hagebau Handelsgesellschaft für Baustoffe mbH & Co. KG) or the AC/DC concerts were held on the exhibition grounds.

“We are pleased that the first half of the year went so well and that we were able to welcome great guest events to complement our own trade fairs,” explains Köckler.
