Normally a large gathering does require food and coffee breaks onsite, and since most of the attendees are vegetarians, IMPACT F&B team is able to accommodate their dietary requirements.
Our commitment to sustainability remains strong. Foods are served in buffet style to reduce food waste as it allows guests to taste a little bit of everything and choose what to eat and how much to eat as they wish. Coffee breaks are arranged twice a day while lunch and dinner are served buffet style over the course of the 3-day gathering. No chair covers and table clothes are used. Plastic straws are by-request only. The air conditioner’s temperature is set at 25 degrees Celsius to make it environmentally friendly.
