27.06.2025

UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry, has named Kuehne+Nagel as the winner of the 2025 UFI Industry Partners Award.

The UFI Industry Partners Award recognises industry partners as an essential and diverse group of experts offering a broad range of services from logistics to technology, from media to consultants, who partner organisers and venues in sustaining and creating successful exhibitions. The theme for the 2025 Award was “Partnering in Customer Driven Innovation”, with the objective of celebrating collaborations that set a benchmark in showcasing customer-focused innovation among industry partners, and in driving the success of exhibitions.

Nina Sossau, global communications manager Expo & Event Logistics shared, “We are truly honoured to receive the 2025 UFI Industry Partners Award. This recognition reflects our strong commitment to developing customer-centric logistics solutions that empower the exhibition industry. At Kuehne+Nagel, we believe that innovation is most impactful when it is built on close collaboration and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs. Our winning project exemplifies this spirit by combining digital tools, sustainable practices, and tailored logistics services to create real value for organisers, exhibitors, and visitors alike.”

Sebastian Witt, chair of the Industry Partners Working Group, commented, “On behalf of the jury, I extend heartfelt congratulations to Kuehne+Nagel on winning the 2025 UFI Industry Partners Award. Their Max Visibility project stood out for its clear focus, measurable impact, and forward-looking innovation. The solution not only simplifies the exhibitor experience but sets a benchmark for how industry partners can truly drive value in the entire ecosystem. It’s a strong example of how partnerships can evolve to meet future demands of the exhibition industry while delivering tangible benefits today."

The jury also acknowledged the finalist First Sight Media (United Kingdom) for their work on “Elevating NHS ConfedExpo 2024”. The UFI Industry Partners Award is one of UFI’s annual Award categories, recognising and rewarding successful results-oriented initiatives in the exhibition industry. These awards celebrate excellence in areas ranging from human resources and digital innovation to marketing and sustainable development. The 2025 UFI Award winners will be officially celebrated and will present their projects at the 92nd UFI Global Congress, which will take place from 19-22 November 2025 in Hong Kong SAR.
