Women in Exhibitions has announced the 2025 edition of its World Summit, taking place 8–9 July 2025 at Excel London. This year’s theme is “Elevate, Accelerate: Together We Rise”.
It highlights the collective power of inclusive leadership and cross-industry
collaboration to drive innovation, equity, and resilience in the exhibitions
and events sector. The summit will gather over 200 professionals from across
the globe, including industry executives, future leaders, and DEI changemakers,
for two days of energising content and meaningful connections.
The programme kicks off with a networking dinner on 8 July,
followed by a full-day summit on 9 July. Attendees will experience keynotes,
expert panels, interactive breakout sessions, and peer-to-peer learning
designed to accelerate personal and organisational growth. “This is the year to
accelerate change. We rise faster, higher, and stronger when we rise
together,”says Oana Cipca, founder of Women in Exhibitions. “This summit is not
just for women — it’s for every leader, ally, and organisation committed to
