21.10.2016

The Comexposium Group, one of the world’s leading event organizers, today announced that Stephen Corrick will be joining Comexposium Group in Los Angeles, to become USA Regional CEO. Stephen will lead the Group’s strategy in the region, sourcing new acquisitions in the USA, and pursuing the integration of existing activities across properties including MMS, iMedia and ad:tech.

“With three decades of experience in trade shows and conferences organization business, Stephen has a deep knowledge of the European and U.S. markets and how they have evolved in this arena. We expect he will bring this depth of experience to bear across the portfolio and that our myriad communities of tech innovators will be greatly strengthened as a result. Additionally, he will be focused on new launches and acquisitions in North America,” said Comexposium CEO, Renaud Hamaide.

Stephen has held leadership positions at UBM, including Senior Vice President and Portfolio Director of the Manufacturing Group and Vice-President of Sales for the Electronics Group.

In these roles, he has driven key strategic initiatives encompassing event launches, acquisitions and key partnerships. In this capacity, Stephen helped launch events throughout North America, including spearheading the launch of the Advanced Manufacturing’s Groups international business. He leverages considerable experience in the U.S. and International B2B markets, having worked in various sectors including Technology, Medical, Food & Beverage, Art and Manufacturing.

“I’m thrilled to join the Comexposium team during this time of great revitalization across their portfolio - with so much happening the U.S. in particular,” Stephen said. “I inherit a deep legacy of evolutionary thinking, just as the primary industries we serve enter a fresh era of innovation and seek conferences and a level of community connectivity that reflect that forward looking vision.”
