The 7th Expo Project Fair for International Cooperation to be held in Beijing

From 4-6 July 2017, co-organized by China International Conference and Exhibition Magazine Agency (CICE) and Machinery and Automobile Exhibitions Federation, the 7th Expo Project Fair for International Cooperation (EPFIC 2017) will be held in Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Under this year’s theme of “gathering, sharing, communicating”, exhibition professionals will discuss how in the Chinese Government’s 13th Five-year Plan period, in the process of globalization, and in the cooperation with other industries, with the concept of integration and sharing, the exhibition industry can achieve healthy development through innovation and upgrading.
 
EPFIC 2016 achievements

Through a solid foundation laid up in the past seven years, EPFIC has gained high recognition in the Chinese exhibition industry and draws participants from convention and exhibition bureaus, industry associations, and companies each year. Last year, EPFIC welcomed over 1000 industry professionals, the highest in the event’s history. Among them were 56 exhibitors and 256 trade visitors. There were a total of 14 activities and a release of 7 reports on diverse topics of the exhibition industry. About 20 media attended to report the event.

In the past six editions, as a leading B2B negotiation platform in the exhibition industry, EPFIC has been emphasizing the effect of meetings and B2B negotiations. This year, EPFIC will maintain the large scale, and further grow in event quality. A number of renown industry figures from China and abroad will be among the guest speakers to face-to-face communicate with Chinese exhibition industry and seek cooperation opportunities.
 
Highlights of EPFIC 2017

There will be a total of 22 sessions during the three-day event, including: opening ceremony, forums, project promotion sessions, B2B negotiation session, networking gala, awarding ceremony, and exhibitions. The forums will cover topics like: high-end interview, automobile shows, exhibition education, government-sponsored exhibitions, overseas exhibitions.

As one of the most popular forums in EPFIC, the High-end Interview session will invite a number of international exhibition figures will be invited to discuss advanced operation modules and the use of latest technology. Apart from Walter Mennekes (Chairman, AUMA) to give a theme speech at the opening ceremony, the leading international speakers will include: Chet Burchett (CEO, Reed Exhibitions), Stephan Buurma (Member of the Managing Board,Messe Frankfurt), Sergey Alexeev (President, ExpoForum International), David Bondi (China President, Informa Enterprise Management, Shanghai) Co.
 
Last year, the 2015 industry reports released at EPFIC gained extensive positive feedback from the participants. This year, the organizer will again release a series of industry reports including:
- A Survey Report on Government-sponsored Conference
- The Survival Situation of Outbound Chinese Exhibitions
- A Survey Report on Convention and Exhibition Venues in China
- A Survey Report on the Development of Automobile Exhibitions
- A Survey Report on the Development of Display and Design Industry
