IMEX has strengthened its partnership with destination management company (DMC) PRA, a recognized company in the business events industry.
The Chicago-based organization has been the exclusive DMC partner for IMEX America since 2012 and a new agreement further develops the longstanding collaboration. PRA simplifies and manages the attendee transportation for IMEX America, held in Las Vegas, coordinating the multi-vehicle program that moves thousands of registered buyers, exhibitors, and sponsors to the show from the airport and hotels in the city. The partnership was expanded three years ago to include the IMEXrun, a fun run along the famous Vegas Strip. PRA supports registration management, route permits, staffing, and more, to ensure a smooth experience for all 250-plus participants.
Now, further joint activity is planned including a social media collaboration which will give insight into the hosted buyer experience, and how PRA’s services underpin this, along with Vegas insider tips from PRA’s local team.
IMEX’s director of operations, Mark Mulligan, says: “PRA have worked with us since the second year of IMEX America and we’ve worked closely together as our show has grown and evolved. Their proven track record, strong local presence and supplier network means they’re a key part of the successful delivery of our shows. “We’re delighted to continue to work with PRA as our official DMC for IMEX America and look forward to developing our partnership further.”
In addition to their core services, PRA has been instrumental in designing and executing high-impact in conjunction with (ICW) events that align with sponsor goals, creating brand experiences that extend beyond the show floor and deepen audience engagement.
“Our long-standing partnership with IMEX is a testament to
years of collaboration, delivering exceptional destination services and
impactful satellite events alongside some of the industry’s most respected
leaders,” shared Ariane Coldiron, CEO at PRA, “As the official Destination
Management Company for IMEX America in Las Vegas, our team is proud to support
its hosted buyers, participants, brands, and businesses. This annual gathering
plays a critical role in advancing our industry, and it’s an honor to
contribute to its success and the meaningful connections it fosters among event
professionals and influencers worldwide.”
