IMPACT Exhibition Center collects more recognition

IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani was awarded the ‘Thailand MICE Venue Standard’ symbol under the Meeting Room category by Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) on January 29, 2015 at Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
TCEB conducted an evaluation among 72 MICE venues in
Thailand’s new five MICE destinations including Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket,
Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai. 42 organizations and 114 meeting rooms have
been certified with Thailand MICE Venue Standard. Eight of IMPACT’s meeting rooms
have met the criteria, namely Royal Jubilee ballroom, Grand Diamond ballroom, and
Phoenix 1-6. The assessment and awarding ceremony aim to retrieve confidence
among both domestic and international organizers interested in exceptional MICE
hospitality with the Thai touch as well as stimulate MICE operators to further
develop capabilities. TCEB has
inaugurated the Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) to serve as a role model to
create a unified ASEAN MICE Venue Standard for wider regional application.
